A War between Rock-n-roll and Classic Music.........how fun does that sound? Well, here at Kosta Boda, Kjell Engman is creating an expos￩ showcasing artistic cello's, oboe's, violin's and guitar's... each made in glass!! It will take over a year to complete all of the pieces for this exhibit! He is also creating a glass guitar that will have real strings attached and his brother will play from this glass guitar at the grand opening of the exhibit in 2008! Isn't that awesome! Well, make sure to watch the video...it's really interesting to see how he prepares the violin neck that will later be attached to the violin.....each part of the violin will be in glass and it is extremely intricate, yet totally outrageous with all of the color and creative aspects in each piece!!
