BEEF TIPS IN BLEU CHEESE SAUCE WITH ORZO & ASPARAGUS


DESCRIPTION:
Like the creamy, rich texture of bleu cheese and gorgonzola?? Then you will love the taste of this pungent meat dish! Serve with rice, whipped potato, linguini or like I have recommended in this recipe, with orzo! Because of the richness of this dish, I would recommend an Italian Sangiovese or a Spanish Rioja Crianza.
Just a heads up....if you have some baguette and garlic butter around, serve the left-over's as a nice open-faced sandwich! Just reheat the creamy bleu cheese meat mixture on the stove and serve on warm garlic toast or garlic baguette!
