Well, most of the time we have so many exciting things going on in our life that we take the easy way every chance we get! If that is the case, purchase the ravioli but don't put a regular tomato sauce on it!! Make sure you at least make the tomato confit!! The tomatoes taste so fresh and flavorful......you simply can't afford not to spend the time making them!!
