ASPARAGUS RAVIOLI WITH PROSCIUTTO & PETITE GREEN PEAS
DESCRIPTION:
YUMMY!!! Inspired by a pasta dish Staffan and I had in Lugano, Switzerland a few years ago! We hit asparagus season in full bloom, in the beginning of May!! The trip was so exciting! We continued down to Juan les Pins on the French Riveria where we had many more enjoyable dinners all featuring different versions of asparagus!
Making the ravioli will take a few minutes, however, if you have time, it really makes it all worth while!!
