BLEU CHEESE BEEF TENDERLOIN BAGUETTE


DESCRIPTION:
Creamy and exceptionally rich in flavor, bleu cheese is a special taste that not everyone enjoys! When you heat the bleu cheese, it becomes extremely flavorful and sometimes even a bit overwhelming, so before you go out and make this dish, melt a couple of tablespoons of bleu cheese with a tablespoon of whipping cream in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Let it cool for a couple of seconds, so you don't burn the roof of your mouth........this will give you a little sample so that you make sure you really like the flavor of melted bleu cheese before you go to the expense of adding the beef tenderloin!! Personally, I love the flavor!! But that wasn't always the case! Over the years as I have matured and my tastebuds have evolved, I enjoy more intense aromas and piquant flavors!
