GREENLAND SHRIMP AND AVOCADO TERRINE
DESCRIPTION:
Delicate flavors of lemon and peppers enhance the richness of the shrimp and avocado. This terrine is light and fluffy but still has substance since we have added a fresh herb bread crust bottom!
Serve with a Pinot Grigio or a nice French Viognier for a truly sublime finish!
