ROASTED BABY PEPPER AND GRAPE TOMATO RIGATONI

I love pasta....!! A no-carb diet isn't found in my dictionary...and especially not in my lifestyle! This dish is extremely versatile. You can serve it warm as a nice light pasta entr←e or serve it cold and toss in some baby spring lettuce or mache! Anyway you try it.....you'll love it! The roasted peppers and grape tomatoes will tickle your taste buds and the wonderful aromas will fill your kitchen.....and I know that to be the fact....because my mother just arrived and raved about the wonderful fragrances filling my kitchen!
