DECADENT CHOCOLATE MASCARPONE CRISP WITH CHOCOLATE GANACHE
DESCRIPTION:
This is inspired by everything I love....chocolate, cheesecake, sabayon and more chocolate and given it a new twist to a traditional "crisp"! This is a frozen cheesecake that I have incorporated with a tasty Marsala sabayon and mascarpone cheese! I've used with the oats, butter and brown sugar crisp as a base for the cheesecake...and once finished, I've drizzled it all with chocolate ganache! It's rich...but light and fluffy, which is so nice instead of a traditional heavy chocolate cake!!
PREPARATION/COOK TIME:
20 minutes prep time, 30 minutes cooking time
